Mara Cooks: Episode 4 (pizza will get a post soon, this one was easier to put up) YAKI UDON I bought udon and since it didn’t come with soup base, I decided to go off the grid and twist things up. London broil for the meat. Soy sauce, teriyaki, mirin, garlic and spicy mustard for the marinade. Cook the meat, toss in the noodles. Easy peasy dinner and I made enough for lunch tomorrow. Success!
